This dealership.... Is hidden in the back of a business park probably to mask the fact they are a scam company.... I want to think they moved from Buford to where they are now to avoid being closed down. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy Just don't do it. If you have to do it do it because this is your absolute LAST option. And even then don't do it... They sold me a suv... I didn't pay a down payment instead they want you to pay the taxes on the vehicle in payment plans so I gave them 500 then was told in two weeks I was due another five and in two weeks after I was due 395 then my car note would be due two weeks after. I left there at 7 pm by 12 pm THE NEXT DAY the car was on the side of the road running hot I was on my way back up there to finish signing bank papers which never happened because I broke dwn. Me never making it to sign the papers turned out to be my "saving grace". I called them and told them what happened their only response "it's Saturday we only do half days so we really can't help you see if your insurance company can get it towed to us and we will get the mechanic to look at it Tuesday." No towing assistance... No loaner car... Just basically EFF U! I went and read the reviews only to find out everyone who gets a car from these people goes through the same thing... Car troubles the same day the day after or not to soon after you get it. Long story short after attempting to get me in another vehicle, giving me a run around a bout a refund etc I am happy to say I was let out of my loan AND refunded only because I hadn't signed all the papers and I wasn't going to. Never again. By grace I was able to run while I still had time... Don't do it... DONT DO IT... Read the other reviews other than mine... Go to drive time,.. Maybe car max don't do auto loanfinders!

My husband and I bought a 2013 Chevy Impala back on the 26 of December 2015. Putting down almost 1600.00 as a down payment. The car started to give us problems about a week later. I called the guy that sold us the car(sales man ) and told him that the car was pausing and making a noise. He told me to call in to make a appointment to bring it in. I called and left a message on Stacys answering machine and a week later no returned phone call. So I called back and left another message. Still no one called back! So I took the car to Chevy, we drove for about 20 min. and the car drove fine. We were told to bring it back if it started again. About 2 weeks later it got worse and we planned on taking it back to Chevy and Saturday. On Tuesday morning we were on the highway and heard a loud pop. The car would no longer move, we had it towed back to Chevy(75.00), they called us back and stated that the car had been in a serious accident. I called back up to Auto Loan Finders and I was given the run around. Finally I spoke with Stacy who transfered me to Hal ( one of the owners). Who told us that he looked at the car fax and it was no accident reported. So I called Chevy back, I told them what Hal said. Chevy said that if the person had the accident and patched it up or just traded it in it would be on there. They let us come down to look for our self. The left back tire was bent in, it was missing parts, the axel was broken, there were pistons that were sticking out ( which was causing the sticking and noise) that cause something to break in the transmission. I call Auto Loan Finders back Hal told me to send him a copy of the report. Ok did that.I called back a day later and now Stacy doesn't work there anymore (stated by June who handles things now).So they don't have any records of us calling and they can get us a discount on having it fixed or we can let Chevy fix it at our cost! They are a complete rip off now we are stuck with a car that doesn't work and a(2nd) car payment due in a week, and we just got the car at the end of December and it doesn't even have a tag on it! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!,

I bought a Volvo S60 from these folks several years back. They sold me with the Credit Building "Program". Long story short. 2-3-4 weeks after I bought the car, transmission goes out. I am very serious. Slips, catches, I mean it felt like someone hit you in the rear every time this car shifted into 2nd gear. Took it back, of course "you bought it as is!" so no help. Took it to North point Volvo, "You need a new valve body and torque converter $10,000 and change, took it to a smaller repair shop and I got close to the same number only they said the whole thing needed to be replaced. No way to work, no way to get my kids, I called Independent Dealers Advantage which is who these people use for financing to come get the car and they would never see one more dime from me. Moral- If you buy from these people knowing all these horror stories you my friend are a complete ***. Do not do this no matter how easy they make car buying sound. It is indeed a rip off.

I put in a app for this company 1hr later received a text a day later received a call saying I was approve for a loan. I was very happy upon talking to tiffany she states I will have to bring between 300-500 with me which was no problem I made a apt to come in the next day. that night I did some research on this company mind you I have a vehicle already I just want something new I did my research because I didn't want to waist my time and gas going up there on some *** and here I go reading bad reviews after reviews after reviews so I'm like wooooow I knew it was a catch to this dealership I called the next morning to cancelled appt and to let them know why I was cancelling due to there poor reviews and the lady said ok well we will send your loan back.....first off a professional person will try and get to the bottom of the reason you are cancelling as well as have feedback well this lady didn't which stood out to me basically they know what they do to people so I guess they don't care at all. in todays word people will do what they have to do to get by even if that means taking money from people or even scamming them I was lucky enough to read up on this company.

This place is trash they use the same excuse we had 100 cars on the lot Monday and now Friday we only have 4.. Liers

Hello I also went with auto finder. I paid. My tax. And fees to only find out I never got approved for the auto loan due to me not been on my jod long. However I paid my fees. But they were never paid by the dealership. To the palate. And tag Office. I ask for my money back since. Any of the money I give them was not paid to the tag office now I have to come out of more money. For a attorney. I will never return to this place and the manger will talk to you like he own the place no respect for anyone. Please. People. Do not go here there is no 0 down payment what it is they make you pay your tax , title , and fees up front witch is about 1600 to 2.000 dollars. Down you have a month. To pay that so in that case you mine as well go to a recommend place. To put that kind of money down and get the run around

THESE PEOPLE SOLD MY 8MO PREGNANT DAUGHTER A CAR ON 2/14/15,THEY SAYSHE WAS NEVER APPROVED BUT HAS BEEN DRIVING THE CAR UNTIL YESTERDAY 3/30/15 WHEN THEY TOOK BACK POSSESSION OF THE CAR. NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE HER DOWN PAYMENT BACK OF $1450 DUE TO THEY HAVE TO PRO-RATE THE TIME THAT SHE HAS BEEN DRIVING A CAR THAT SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS ABOUT TO OWN. I WILL ALSO BE CALLING CLARK HOWARD AND THE FOX 5 INVESTIGATIVE TEAM. THIS IS FAR FROM OVER. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND THEY KNOW IT. IF THEY WILL SCAM A PREGNANT PERSON, THEY ARE CAPABLE OF ANYTHING.

The two owners are convicted felons who met in Federal Prison. And they only care about one thing Ripping you off !!!!! They only want your money and don't give a *** about you. Be aware of the insurance guy he will rip you off take you money and give you very poor customer service. Be aware for these crooks who are legends in there own mind and are the most arrogant people you will ever met and have huge ego's to match . They will come across as some what humble and caring just to get your money. Ask Clark Howard about these crooks or should be in Prison again so buyer beware

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I'm not the one to bash people and I have never made a review before but I am giving you all the warning I wish I would of had. The cars are dirty and in terrible shape and they will take your money with no benefit to you. You will have to return your car to the car service very often out of your busy schedule for the car your paying for to keep getting it fixed and looked at not to mention the service is terrible from the people who work there this is a poor establishment total rip off they will also take money they use for your so called taxes and over draft your account bc they no body has a stable job as to what to exactly do in there position. Like dummies! And nobody answers the phone- RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First the lady on the phone told me I could basically get any car I wanted and that they had several for me to choose from 100% approval no money down. I arrive at Auto Loan Finders and it doesn't even look like a real car lot its inside a plaza go in the building and the receptionist was not even friendly I then speak with a loan officer Braydon he took me outside and they were only 15 cars out there and showed me one car I could get a Ford Taurus and it looked old paint chipping off I told him I didn't want that car he keep insisting that I buy it l long story short I did not buy a car from the period they are liers

We recently bought a car from Auto Loan Finders and received wonderful and prompt service.Had a couple bumps in the road due to circumstances out of my control but in the end it all worked out....Good honest people,especially Hal..Thank you,John and Kristin

A *** name Tiffany called me and said I was 100% approved and that I didn't need money down. Then I called about the taxes that I would have to pay she said oh no there's no tax I would have to pay. So I gets there and its a whole different ball game. That *** really just pissed me off like if I had $1400 for y'all taxes don't you think I would pay for a used car off CL. The *** I recommend no one to go there unless you got at least $2000 for them.....

Did me the same way, car had been totaled 3 different times in 3 different states. They sold my daughter a lemon she drove it 3 days out of 3 months the had it in their shop it was a nice Saab (right) they gave her a loaner that I would have put a dog in, it was full of magets when we looked in trunk it was full of someone's old garbage. They told her they would pay payments while the had it I met with owner and he said same thing so we didn't payments and they repo'd it. If you noticed they only allow you to get you emissions done there at there dealership so I think they are not legit on that. Then on my car I told them for 6 months to come and get it I purchased another car took them 7 months before they repo'd it...Been tempted to get news stations to do undercover report on them

Hi my name is charlesettasteward and I went to auto lone finder they took my money and I never got a car and when I told them that I wanted my money back they told me that they did not do business like that if I known the law like I know now they wouldn't gotten away with it bad business

This place is worse than *** . Don't go to it EVER!
